Nedd Some Advice? Speak to one of our gearheads

Greetings everyone,

I just received this MAC 10 package from the seller (Youlen Enterprises) and would like some input from NFA community regarding its condition.  The F3 States its RPB not MAC. I Was sold as original Military Armament Corporation M10. With according to ATF in RPB. This was sold to me as new in box unfired.  Please see photos of internals and offer your opinion as to whether this description is accurate.  Note that the bolt is covered in heavy gun powder residue, buffer is missing, and buffer plate is bent.  Bolt shows heavy usage wear markings as seen in photos as well as retractable stock extensions showing wear from repeated usage. Both uppers heavy usage on the inside from bolt actuation.  The magazines show enough usage to have worn the finish off the front of the followers.  The lower receiver shows usage marks combined with gun powder residue.  I feel that this gun was heavily used, not typical factory test firing. We head several NIB M10s, none looked like this. We have few listed on our website and on GB   veryone’s comments and opinions are most welcome.

Please See Responses From Michael Youlen.

Hey Felex:

Sorry you have a disagreement about the item you purchased. It is exactly the item described and photographed in the auction. I looked at the Mac10 you sold recently which you provided the link too. It is a nice looking piece, I just find it hard to believe that is a 50+ year old weapon finish wise. It looks like it was re-finished last week, MAC is not known for their military grade parkerized finishes let alone something that is 50+ years old. Since you sold it for $16K+ the item you purchased from me sounds like it’ll make you some bucks, I wished it would have sold for slightly more. I was figuring in the $13-$14K range. You’re more than welcomed to transfer it back to us minus shipping and 10% re-stock fee since it is a class three item. If you’d like to do that, let me know and I’ll provide further instructions.

Good Day Sir.

Thank you for getting back to me.

Form 3 should have been corrected by you and disclosed that it was wrong before sale. This is plain misrepresentation of product been sold and advertised.

Gun is used and in horrible condition, this is not brand new or as brand-new gun as you advertised. I have been dealing with MACs for 20 years and seen plenty of samples. This sample including the upper and mags been shoot and handled repeatedly.

You have misrepresented this gun, hidden the true condition of the items offered.

Did not offered clear and detail pictures of what you are selling, intentionally.

This not some minor scratches here and there. Bolt is dirty with gun powder residue and the excessive wear on the bolt and the gun is from several thousands of rounds.

Same with the stock as it was pulled countess of times..

Ther is no buffer and the buffer plate is bent…

I can go on in defiantly listing all my points..

But that would be waste of my time..

I will not accept you offer..

You are not willing to stand by your word or your advertisement..

Honestly, I did expect this..

No worries at all..

Our NFA community is very small, word travels fast..

Pictures speaks volume.
