We ship all items that do not require federal registration direct to your door. However, firearms and suppressors must be shipped to your local FFL dealer. Lower Receivers are also considered firearms and must be shipped to a licensed firearms dealer. All packages are shipped insured and require a signature confirmation. Please follow the provided steps to complete your order. We usually ship in stock firearms within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your dealers FFL information unless product is on backorder. Cancellations; Restocking Fees

There are no refunds on firearms if the firearm has shipped from our premises. We do not accept returns on used or fired firearms of any kind. Returns can be done within a 7 day time period on non firearms ONLY. Must be in unused, unfired condition and returned in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If you place an order and then cancel it for any reason you will receive a refund back to your credit card. You will, however, be charged a 20% restocking fee for any order which is cancelled or returned. This restocking fee is non-refundable. You also agree not to initiate a chargeback to recover the restocking fee. If you do initiate a charge back on an order you cancel you agree to pay all charge back fees to Gun Point - AVGuns.com and agree to let Gun Point - AVGuns.com charge any payment method you have on file to recover any fees mentioned here within this clause. Items left instore without prior arrangements for a period of over 12 months are considered abandoned and will be resold. No refund or credit will be issued.

Flat Rate fees to California, Oregon & Washington:

An added cost of $5 is added to all west coast states due to additional cost to send the package UPS from Florida.

Warranty on Gun Point Brand Products

Gun Point products have always been designed and built to the higher standards demanded by the discriminating consumer. To clearly demonstrate that Gun Point products offer world-class quality, Gun Point offers a full lifetime warranty on all Gun Point Lowers, Uppers and Barrels. The lifetime warranty will remain in full force for the initial purchaser and in effect as long as Gun Point is still in operation.

The lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may render the product unsafe, inoperable, out of spec, to include cosmetic defects from the factory. Cosmetic defects are only covered for the first 10 days from the original shipping date from Gun Point. Please inspect your order from Gun Point and let us know immediately if there is an issue. Cosmetic issues occurring outside the 10-day window will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Gun Point will not be responsible for the results of careless handling, improper assembly, corrosion, neglect, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use.

Please note that due to the day-to-day variations of anodizing black-dye tanks, a slight variation in the color black is normal and expected. Sales Tax, Shipping charges, and FFL fees are non refundable. If it is a Gun Point mistake we will cover shipping. On Non-Gun Point built products all warranties are through the original manufacturer only; no warranties are expressed or implied by Gun Point Prices do not include shipping and handling.
